- As each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, shape or decoration may occur.
Maintenance
To preserve the glaze's shine over time, hand washing is recommended. Occasional dishwasher use is possible. Microwave safe. Like all ceramics, the piece may become hot during use.
Delivery & returns
- Your order is carefully packaged in my workshop. Whenever possible, I use recycled cardboard and packaging materials to reduce waste.
- Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days by Colissimo.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
- If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact me immediately upon receipt with some photos so we can find a solution.
