2. The Creations
The items offered on this site are handmade in my workshop.
Each creation is unique. Slight variations in shape, color, or decoration may therefore exist from one piece to another. These variations are part of the artisanal and unique character of each creation.
The photographs and descriptions aim to present the pieces as faithfully as possible.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
Delivery costs are added at the time of order and are indicated before its validation.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the site at the time of the order.
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
4. Orders and Payment
To place an order, the customer selects the products of their choice and adds them to their cart.
Payment is made at the time of order.
Currently offered payment methods are:

- PayPal.
Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives an email confirmation.
5. Delivery
The creations available on the site are in stock at the time they are put on sale.
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times may then vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return.

The customer must return the product(s) in their original condition and in suitable packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be processed after receipt of the returned product.

Creations made specifically at a customer's request and featuring personalization cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
