Every order is prepared with the utmost care in my studio. Below you will find key information regarding shipping, packaging, and returns.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days via Colissimo (except for pre-orders, see point below).
Each order is carefully prepared to ensure your ceramics arrive in the best possible condition.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pre-orders
Some pieces offered on the site are available for pre-order.
When a piece is available for pre-order, this information is clearly indicated on its product page, along with its production and shipping time.
Pre-ordered pieces are made to order. The timeframe indicated on the product page corresponds to the time required for their manufacture before shipping.
Customers are encouraged to read the information and manufacturing time indicated on the product page before placing an order.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged in my studio.
Whenever possible, I use recycled boxes and packaging materials to reduce waste, while ensuring adequate protection during transport.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In case of breakage during transit
Despite all the care taken with packaging, an incident may exceptionally occur during transport.
If your order arrives damaged, contact me immediately upon receipt, including photographs of the package and the item. Together, we will find a suitable solution.
